Who can arrange a visit?
Individuals, families, guardians, SSAs, and other referral partners are welcome to contact Oasis. Let us know who you would like involved in the conversation.
Is transportation available?
Oasis offers Non-Medical Transportation. Ask us about your pickup area, route availability, and service authorization; coverage is not guaranteed for every address. Explore transportation.
Which counties does Oasis serve?
Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, and Montgomery counties, Ohio, subject to service authorization and availability. The day program is located in Cincinnati.
How do I find out about funding and eligibility?
Contact Oasis to discuss the service you are exploring. Your SSA or county board can help clarify eligibility and authorization. Confirm the funding arrangement and available support before starting services.
Does requesting a visit confirm an appointment?
No. Your selected time is an appointment request. An Oasis team member will contact you to confirm the visit and arrange for the appropriate staff to be available.
What information should I send first?
Only your name, contact details, and service of interest. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, Medicaid information, Social Security numbers, or ISP documents through public website forms.
